Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Tulum has to offer. It had Nice pools one inside the apartment and the one is the common area , comfortable bed, great location. friendly host he also was so kind to get us a cab back to the airport Overall, my stay was perfect and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Tulum.

I recently stayed at a this airbnb and had a mostly positive experience. The location was safe and the accommodations were comfortable. However, I did have a minor issue with the host trying to overcharge me for the cleaning fee. I would recommend this Airbnb with the caveat that you should be prepared to negotiate the cleaning fee. The Co-Host was amazing and offered great recommendations. Additionally, there was very loud construction going on nearby so be prepared for that. But overall felt safe here so it’s a nice place to be in the middle of the jungle

This was a amazing stay! Pics can’t compare to condo in person. Everything was clean & the private pool just made so much sense no need to leave your room. Will def book again on my return trip!

I refuse to stay anywhere else when I am in Tulum. Great location, easy to find (if you can follow instructions), proactive and responsive team. We receive the best service every time. We love Carmen, she’s so helpful and can be reached easily. I can’t recommend this location enough. P.S we were not bothered too much by the ongoing construction by the neighbors, I believe it started around 8AM ish, the road is very rocky so a rental is recommended. No way you’re staying in the middle of the jungle without a vehicle, ATV or some kind of transportation arrangement. Don’t patronize the taxis in this area they will definitely rip you off. 10/10!

We enjoy our stay in Kinich Nah, Carmen was always available for anything we needed and gave us great suggestions for restaurants,beaches and other places to go in Tulum. The road that goes to the Airbnb it’s in really bad condition because of all of the construction around, but in general we really liked the Airbnb.
