The place is great for barkada and family. There’s a big space inside which is perfect after 10 PM noise curfew inside Pico. :) (Noise curfew is perfectly fine because Pico is for a peaceful moment not a party) Then there’s a wide space also outside where we can have our breakfast together. We also appreciate all the paintings inside Darby’s place! Ganda! :) The kitchen tools and equipment are complete as well. So really a big help! Overall, we went in Pico to level up our yearly outing as a ministry. And we’re thankful for Darby’s place that allow us to bond. So worth the price indeed! We will treasure our moment together here. And praying that more people experience the peace and love at Pico De Loro and at Darby’s place! :) Thank you for welcoming us inside your home, Darby! God bless!

Great location superb ang view nakakarelax. Though ang init tlga sa labas aircondition in the room works well kaya masarap ding mag stay sa loob ng unit.

Unit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - The unit matched the photos and description. - Very nice and clean bathroom. - We love their patio. We had our dinner there since the view is really nice during at night. - We were able to easily cooked our foods since their kitchen is fully equipped. - The slow internet connection is understandable and the host also informed us about the status of the internet there. - You can see that some of the things inside the unit are already old and obviously depreciated specifically the blinds and paint/wallpaper. But these are okay and did not affect our stay. Host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Very responsive. - Provide easy to understand instructions. - Very kind. Place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Lots of activities. - Perfect for all ages. - I advise to order a water refill in advance because there might be a delay in water delivery. We had to go to Barangay Looc for a water refill since the water delivery was one day delayed. Satisfaction ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Our family really had a great time during our stay.

The Jacana B unit is spacious, and the view overlooking the mini lake is wonderful. One can immediately see that the room layout, furnitures and kitchen have been well thought of by the owner. Family had fun chatting and sound tripping for days on the breezy balcony. Easy access to Pico Club house on side of Jacana B is quite convenient. Wifi was a bit intermittent but there are workarounds by using LTE(inside the room) or Pico Wifi in the balcony itself as it is within range. To be honest, it was a good thing as it compelled everyone to socialize more when inside the unit. The place is perfect for family gatherings and has the cozy feel of being a home away from home. Even if unit is showing signs of ageing (esp. the blinds and tiles) it is still comfy and beautiful. Definitely one of a future top pick for us when we go back to Pico de Loro to enjoy the sun, nature and beach. Kudos to Darby for being such a nice and responsive host all throughout :)
