Good place to stay

Spacious place, perfect for a family of 8-9. Both the owner and caretaker were accommodating. Place was near the beach which was a big plus considering that shuttles to and from the beach were always full.

The place is okay. Big with pullout beds which helped cos we stayed with a 7 month old so we moved the bed to the wall. Same as listed but older. Comes with free gallons of drinking water. Only negative thing is that the bathroom has a smell of clogged drainage which is bearable but could be annoying sometimes. We also appreciate the endorsement of the owner so we can use the beach club. As for Pico, its okay, maintained, nothing new. You will just spend with every move. No free activities. Food is not good nor affordable so might as well bring your food and cook in your Airbnb. Great staff and very helpful.

It is a very good booking considering the price and location of the place. The room is hotel like. There are many beds. The caretaker was kind enough to give us some time when checking out.

the unit was very spacious. complete with all the things we need. the caretaker was also very helpful and responsive of our needs. the rooms were huge. can accommodate all 8 of us. everything else was so great!!! will definitely come back and book the unit. highly recommended.
