The flat was very comfortable and Tina and I enjoyed our time in Ghent seeing wonderful things in the city and beyond in Brugges and Antwerp. You have designed the flat with great style but what we lacked was information and, although we were invited to ring you at any time, a folder with key facts would have been very helpful. Most holiday lets have something similar. We needed WiFi codes, instruction on how to use the hob (I have used induction cookers for the last 25 years, but I couldn’t fathom your advanced version), a map of the city would have been useful and basic information that a tourist information could provide would have given our stay an improved welcome. I hope this is something you will consider as it will make your beautiful flat more amenable for your guests.

Natalia’s home in Gent was beautiful, exactly like the photos and very comfortable. Easy access to the local bus stop and fun restaurants, coffee shops, and a brewery nearby. Definitely recommend staying here!
