It is a uniquely fully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath villa apartment over looking the picturesque Playa Caracol coast with ocean front and majestic mountain views. This apartment has main bedroom with a king and a queen bed in the second bedroom. 1km of beach to offer you the best beach experience around. Amazing views of the beach, lawns and palm trees. Each Villa unit is equipped with all appliances and elegant comforts for an unforgettable beach experience. The unit comprises of two well sized bedrooms, the master bedroom has a TV and cable connection. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and place for 2 additional people. Each bedroom has sufficient closet space. The dinning room and lounge open on to a balcony with outside furniture.

This is the second time we stay at one of Gareth’s apartments in Playa Caracol. The communication is always straightforward and the place is really nice. We really liked it!

Playa Caracol is a new development project with large expansions in to the future for a range of amenities close by. The area is known for its beauty and exquisite views of the ocean and the Cerro Chame mountains. Playa Caracol and the Chame region are uniquely position for great waves for surfing and kite surfing.
* Distance from Coronado amenities – 14 miles (22 km) +/- 25 minutes (Restaurants, supermarkets, shops and San Fernando Clinic)
* Distance from the City – 46 miles (75km)
* Distance to Punta Chame – 7 miles (12 km) +/- 14 minutes
* Mini supermarkets just after the Pan-American turn on your right heading towards Playa Caracol (+/- 11km) and another in Punta Chame (+/- 7km)
* On site convenience store open Monday to Sunday from 7am to 8pm behind the Surf Shack restaurant.
