This beautiful place is located right in the center of Hoan Kiem, which is perfect walking distance to any food places you want to go. Mochi also gave us a list of places to go which were very delicious. She was very responsive and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The home was well taken care of and clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

The best part about Mochi's place is the location. It is centrally located in the Old Quarter and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, the lake and all the actions in the Old Quarter. That also means you will get some street noise in your room especially in the lower levels. But that's to be expected with the environment and location. Mochi was also extremely responsive and helpful with all the questions and transportation arrangements my family needed for our stay. We had a couple of issues with the showers but Mochi addressed them promptly. Overall a good stay. Slightly expensive for Hanoi and what you get but we had a big group so it was worth it to have all of us staying in the same house.

Overall it was a nice stay, the host was very helpful. The only negative feedback I can give is that the pull out bed was not comfortable or fit for purpose. I don’t think this should be advertised as a bed.

We had a great time staying here with a group of 6. We had the whole place to ourselves. Each floor has its own apartment. Elevator was a great addition. The place is in a great location. As mentioned in the description 2nd and 3rd floor can be a little loud in the morning and night. The rooftop is a nice spot to hang out for a bit at night, but nothing crazy about when it comes to views. Overall the place was clean and one can easily request new towels and trash being taken out. Some areas of the room show their age and need to be replaced. Shower and fixtures leaking or rusty etc. We had a great stay here and would come again. Great host!
