A very clean place, right next to local food stalls for pho, coffee, banh mi and shopping. We love that there is an elevator to get to the rooms. The bed length is short; those over 1.7m tall had feet sticking out of the beds

Trinh’s homestay apartment is truly a fantastic place to stay. Everything is unexpectedly clean and tidy. The apartment is fully equipped with modern amenities, from super fast Wi-Fi to the latest household appliances, making our stay more convenient and comfortable than ever. The rustic style of the apartment is both friendly and earthy, making every corner cozy and charming. The hostess is very attentive, always ready to help us with any requests or questions. It feels like being welcomed by family. We are truly grateful for helping our group along with family and friends have an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely return here when the opportunity arises.

Positives: Lovely location. Set up as individual units. The units are relatively spacious with large beds. Host highly responsive. The units are in the back of a travel agency and there is an elevator to get to the higher floors. Downsides: There is no common area for groups (outside space only). Only two small towels provided per unit, no hand soap or hand/ face towels. One of the beds was on crates as a base which made it somewhat dangerous with kids. To no fault of the host the neighbors kept us up most of the night.

We were a big group, so this worked well for us. The house was nice and rooms were comfortable. Bathroom was well furnished too. Owner was very prompt with all our questions and super responsive. We were able to check in without ease. The only slightly annoying thing was the noise from the pressure pump sound as it keep disturbing you night and day. The last thing I'd suggest them to reconsider is the charge for lost room key cards. In all the 5* /4 * hotels in Vietnam the penalty was only 100,000 VND for one card. We were charged 400,000 VND for 2 lost cards which seemed a bit steep.

Overall decent place. Lots of construction was happening in the building across the street which was quite loud
