Amazing place! Richard’s place is absolutely wonderful, the nice size closet and private bathroom and bedroom makes it so nice while you do share the same entry you have your own room and private bathroom. The set up is wonderful. Richard is very friendly and has gone out of his way to help us feel at home. Would definitely recommend staying here in the future.

Richard has a great place here. just a few miles from downtown Orlando where I was attending a conference at the Kia Center! it's only about a 10-minute Drive or so and has easy access to i-4. Even though it is right next to i-4, it is still actually very quaint and peaceful. love the fact that it has a private bathroom as well and has virtually everything you need for a short-term stay in Orlando, highly recommended!

Richard was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He was quick responding to our messages and had clear instructions for checking in. Would highly recommend his place!
