Perfect place for a getaway. We stayed here for a week with our baby and dog, and it was ideal. It was very close to downtown Banner Elk and only a 30 minute drive to Blowing Rock or Boone. The condo is up a steep hill so it’s not very walkable to downtown, especially if you have little ones. But the drive is quick and there’s lot of parking downtown. The place was a great fit for our family!

Beautiful and Peaceful, pictures are accurate. Host was very helpful and usually responds in under an hour. You are up high enough to be in the trees but close to town and all that the Banner Elk area has to offer. Each room has a sliding glass door to let in the cool breeze, and a bathroom with heated fans in the ceiling. Keuring coffee maker with enough pods, sugar and creamer to get you started. LR furniture is comfortable, bedrooms have one firm mattress, one softer mattress and plenty of towels. Parking is no problem.

They made the best use of space possible and the only think I could even think to wish for was a dishwasher but we didn’t miss it. Would definitely stay again!

Rachel was so responsive before our trip and during the day of check-in. We encountered some weather on the drive up and she let us know that everything was going to be ready and just as described when we got to the rental condo. The location was very close to the main square in Banner Elk and would highly recommend staying at this location if you're looking to walk downtown to Banner Elk or drive to Sugar or Beech Mountain during the ski season.
