Gran experiencia en Mareazul ! Muy bonito el departamento, muy bien ubicado y decorado, pasamos una vacaciones muy felices en familia.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mareazul. The property itself is excellent. Some might say it’s a hidden gem in Playa. The pool and the beach bar are 5 star! The condo was large and well equipped for a week-long stay for a family of 4. However, we did run into a few issues such as a toilet seat that was hanging off and had to be replaced by maintenance. Although it’s not a hotel, the bath mats and some of the towels are stained and need replacing. The cleaner also did not do a thorough job. It’s worth noting that when the host of an airbnb is not close by, they are unable to monitor the property as they would like and so some things fall through the cracks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Todo coincidia con lo publicado. El apartamento es muy cómodo y el condominio es espectacular. Incluye servicio de playa que es muy tranquila y hermosa. Recomendable.

Overall is a nice apartment in a nice community with plenty of green space, huge pool, nice gym, couple of good restaurants on the premises, and access to a nice beach with free beach lounge chairs and umbrellas (just give a tip!). However, there were a few issues that should have been taken care before guests arrive: 1. The e-bikes, listed as an amenity, were both out of service with both rear tires flat and no air pump to be found; 2. Shower door in the master bath is not properly balanced and it hits the ceramic ledge. Since it is a glass shower door it can become a serious safety hazard depending on the force of the impact; 3. Shower stall was not properly cleaned as it had hair on the floor; 4. The jacuzzi on the balcony, since it doesn't have a cover, was pretty dirty and was not cleaned before arrival; 5. Both toilet seats were off their hinges and slide as you used them. One was repaired promptly and well. However, the master bath toilet seat was fixed off center.
