We loved staying here! We were traveling with our golden retriever who had surgery at CSU and Rowan’s home could not have been more perfect. It was a great set up for a small family and the fenced in backyard was so helpful. The location was perfect for easy shopping downtown and easy travel to CSU and the surrounding areas. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Rowan was very quick to respond to messages and questions and she even left our puppy a little package. We frequently travel to CSU with our dog and the trips can stressful so the care package was incredibly thoughtful. The home had all the amenities. There is some normal wear and tear on the carpet and walls from a busy vacation home but was very clean. We cannot wait to come back!

Very nice place. Comfortable beds and pillows. Perfect for our stay. Walkable to New Belgium and short drive into downtown and beyond.

Rowan made the stay incredibly easy, she was very responsive and helpful. The house had everything you could need and was super clean and comfortable. The location was close to the center of town and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Would definitely stay there again!

Rowan''s place was very well furnished and clean. It is close to downtown Fort Collins and the University. We appreciated use of the garage for our two cars. Our family enjoyed out stay and will certainly plan on staying again in the future.

Great location! She was flexible with check out time which was nice! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!
