Historic restored home built in 1900- Location, Location, Location! Park and walk! Minutes walk to downtown restaurants, bars, and shopping. Walk to CSU. This home has been 100% restored and is a Fort Collins Historic Landmark. 5 minute walk to old town, 10 Minute walk to CSU, 20 minute walk to Canvas Stadium. 3 bedrooms and a fold out. Wifi, 65 inch TV, full kitchen, plenty of on and off street parking, and all the amenities you would need. 1st Bedroom-Queen 2nd bedroom-Queen 3rd bedroom- 2 twins one full hallway bathroom/one half bath downstairs Full dining room, parlor room, living room with pull out couch with pocket doors to close for privacy. Full kitchen, water/ice maker/oven/microwave/coffee maker/full kitchenware for cooking

Very nice home. It's right on Mulberry, but I never noticed the sound of traffic. Great location for walking quickly to downtown. Awesome dining room, nice kitchen. Thankful it was available.

This was an incredible place to stay during CSU graduation weekend. The home was wonderful and exactly as advertised. We actually did walk to Old Town from the house. The hosts were very proactive about communications and very helpful. The house is wonderful and very welcoming. Absolutely recommend and will use again. Thank you for letting us stay.

We have 2 guest spots in the alley behind the house with a private pathway to walk around. You can also pull in from the busier street and park on the main driveway. Most fun spots are walking distance from there, but there are also bike and scooter rentals throughout town (download the Spin app), as well as Lyfts.
