Very private space-exactely what we were looking for. Spacious bungalows and very comfortable beds/pillows.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shehan's place. It consists of two separate bungalows, both spacious with bathroom, kitchen and porch. If i had to pick one, it would be the one closer to the street as it also has an oven. Kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient. Most importantly there is no mould whatsoever. Garden is spacious with lots of birds and fireflies, the absolute top feature is the pool though which we absolutey loved. Shehan is always just a message away should you need anything. Place is walkable distance to the beaches and small stores along the road, if you need bigger shopping or want to explore beaches in Unawatuna, it is a short ride on a bus that goes frequently on the main road, just 5min walk.

We had an amazing 3 nights at the two bungalows. Both bungalows are quipped with a bathroom including hot showers. The beds are super comfortable with mosquito nets and soft pillows. The rooms are spacious and are even big enough if you want to do a little workout :). Both AC work very well and cool the room in minutes. Although both bungalows have a kitchen, the kitchen in the bigger bungalow has a nice oven and bit more space if you want to prepare your own meals. The pool is huge, very clean and you can actually use it to swim really nice. We also liked that it was a little bit remote in the village and has jungle around the property, so you’ll definitely see some monkeys on the roof and peacocks in the garden. We would definitely come back and stay for longer! Thank you for having us!

Hidden gem amidst one of the happening areas of South Sri Lanka. The pool was quite clean and we had a lot of fun in it. Any inconvenience we faced, Shehan was quick to respond. Just communicate with him before reaching as the maps doesn't show the exact path to the villa. Overall a great find.

I really liked Shehans place. it was exactly what I was looking for...somewhere a little off the beaten track and quite....managed to get a few photos of some monkeys in the morning and also a water monitor...felt right at home here...
