Jackson county is a place to take a camera. Very beautiful. You can see the hills out the many windows. It had everything you need. I had great sleep because the bed and pillows were great. Water was nice and hot. It is above the Mexican restaurant so it at time light smell of fajita(yum) It was quiet though.

We had a great stay at Kathy’s place. It was as described; we found it very clean and comfortable. Being in town and in an apartment above a restaurant, it isn’t necessarily as private as a stand alone home and doesn’t provide a place to enjoy a cup of coffee outside—but we knew that going in, and this was fine for our type of stay. McKee itself is fairly quiet, and nestled in the mountains—very charming. We had a few questions as we were getting into or leaving the building, and Kathy was right there with a quick reply, which was great. Fabulous queen bed, lovely furniture, sheets, linens, towels— great amenities.

loved that place and it's surroundings. very beautiful. the restaurant under the apartment was just a plus. great food. not so great salsa tho. tasted like marinara. lol.

We booked Kathy's place last minute when another airbnb fell through. It was just as described and very clean. The resturant downstairs was having issues with their hood vent so the apartment was very smoky. When we contacted Kathy she came right over with an air purifier and dehumidifier. She was unaware that the resturant issue was causing smoke in the apartment and was super apologetic when she found out. We could not get the smoke to disapate enough to stay comfortably so Kathy refuned part of our stay even though she didn't have to so that we could find another spot. The hood issue was supposed to be fixed the day after we left but Kathy closed the listing for the next several days to be sure that it would be resolved before she had more guests. Kathy was very helpful and kind.
