This is definitely the worst experience I have had on air bnb. Due to the fact the property is misrepresented in the advert. It is not spacious and it is not luxurious at all. The key photo they miss out on this property is the one showing your bed basically next to the kitchen. It is a studio and not an apartment. Very disappointed after contacting air bnb to review this and getting a refund of £7 was laughable. This place is absolutely fine for a one night stay. We were here for a week, expecting too cook etc and the property being “spacious”. We had to eat out every night due to the place not being as advertised and unable to cook. If advertised as a studio I would 100% not have booked. It is a converted hotel room on the ground floor. There were hairs from previous guests in the bed. Walls were stained and bathroom tap drips constantly not ideal when the bed is crammed between bathroom and the “kitchen”/lounge. Previous stay on another of their properties was as expected though.
