This is THE worst Airbnb experience I have ever had! The place was so FILTHY I had to find somewhere else to stay for the weekend. The bathroom smelt like pooh and there was something spilt all down the shower walls and wall next to the toilet. There were toothpaste splashes covering the backsplash in the bathroom, the kitchen cupboards had not been cleaned, the window in the bedroom that had a window, looked like someone had vomited on it. The garbage bin had food dribbling down it and the pantry and laundry cupboards stank. DO NOT STAY HERE! SOVA has ignored my request for a refund instead telling me they will give me 'feedback' on my request for a refund. It's been 5 days and I have not heard anything. This is NOT a persons home this is run by a business with a call centre. When I initially called they told me they would call me back- they never did. I had to call them 3 times and they kept telling me they would help but they didn't. I feel like I've been robbed!
Extremely happy with the stay, great value and location.
If you want to be close to city and have a comfy cozy place, this is the place for you! Small family or a couple of friends this place would be a treat!
Very clean and comfortable apartment with a nice outlook. Apartment was true to photos. The outside pool was amazing with a view. I had some issues accessing the keys in the lockbox (didn’t open), but they got back to me with an alternative after about 10mins.
The hotel is nice with a great pool area. The apartment is quite small but fine for a weekend getaway. We had trouble with the lockbox with the code supplied not working. A quick phone call sorted it out, however the lockbox codes didn’t work on our exit either, which made leaving the keys difficult. Other than this it was good.
