Claudio es un excelente anfitrión, muy pendiente y atento. La propiedad está en perfecto estado, es muy tranquilo el lugar, privado y muy seguro.

Initially very congenial as they traveled about an hour from their primary residence to open up for us. Invited us to request any needs before they left. When we requested a light blanket in addition to the single top sheet, we were ridiculed as they didn't really want us using the A/C to bring down the temperature in bedrooms to normal sleeping temperatures. Beds new IKEA like product that is very hard. When this was brought up we were told they have soft toppers but didn't put them on!? A/C only in bedrooms. Kitchen, living space and deck all in open air, which sounds neat, until you come back in the evening from 32 C (90 F) to a baking living space with no breeze. We advise we would like to leave early and asked politely if they would consider a refund for unused days. It was impolitely suggested we should have booked our vacation to Alaska. "No refund, we have a contract". Other comments were inappropriate, but will not go into it here. I would not go back.

Great for a last-minute booking. Claudio was quick to respond and easy to coordinate with. Great spot right on the water!

Es un excelente apartamento de dos baños y dos habitaciones, con patio en el mar, lo cual lo hace maravilloso. Las vistas al mar son sumamente relajantes y es una excelente opción para descansar. La cochera es muy segura y los anfitriones son maravillosas personas, muy amables y atentas.
