The guests will find the second Bedroom with 2 BunkBeds Twin over TwinSize and en-suite Full-Bathroom. There is a kids-themed bedroom. Also there is a laundry room with Washer/Dryer and a shared Full-Bathroom. We had problems the first day because they didn't register my name at the gate. When we arrived at the house, in the 2nd room there was hair on the bed and the bathroom mats were dirty. However, it is important to recognize that we notified the owner and the next day he sent someone to clean up. The house is just like the photos, it is comfortable and we really like the area.
Bruno’s place was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. Once I was actually able to check in, I was not disappointed. Overall my stay was great. I only had one negative part of the trip. I was unable to check in for the first night due to lack of communication by the host and his team. He informed me the following day that it was past their operating hours. Please note… it was a last minute booking, and it was pretty late. I ended up having to find a hotel room at 1am, which was no easy thing. So you may want to message the host prior to booking to make sure he’s still working if it’s late. Also make sure you complete his pre-checkin instructions or you will not be able to get into the gate. I was able to get a refund for the first night via Airbnb Customer Support. Bruno said he would look into it, but I didn’t hear back from him. I would definitely stay again, but I would make sure I book much earlier.

I was very disappointed with the overall listing. There’s a lot of red tape to get in the place (website said $400 deposit, additional required contract showed $750) had to get Airbnb involved. In addition I was required to submit all Identification information for everyone over 18 for the listing (even though all info is on file with AirBnb). Then I received regular notices throughout my 2-DAY stay about checkout and REMINDERS that I will be held responsible for any items that are damaged and not there when I leave. The reminders also stated that I needed to take inventory and report anything that’s not there to avoid additional charges to my card. It also stated they take pictures of everything and once again I will be charged. Even after I asked the host to stop texting me because everyone is aware that stealing will result in penalties he told me to not be offended and still sent messages. I could not get comfortable at this place and the house was too basic for all the threats!
