Great home! Was just as pictured and very clean! Great to have your own pool as well as the community resort pool which was wonderful! Would definitely stay again! Easy ride to parks- about 25 min (expect longer times with traffic) We did have to wash towels daily to have enough for everyone. They have some pool towels but you may need to bring a few extras. No hand soap provided- the amenities mentioned soap but there was no hand soap provided. No cable- has wifi so need apps to watch TV

Beautiful home, just as described and pictured. The only we wish were included were toiletries (hand soap at the minimum). But overall great place and location.

This was a great place for our big group. The only issues we had were some noisy neighbors. The resort respectfully took our request to have our neighbors turn down their music (at 1am) but nothing really happened.

It was our worse airbnb experience. The house looks very different than it shows on the pictures. The photos seem to have been edited to make everything look newer. There were a few household utensils, specially in the kitchen. Lots of lights were burned and the host told me twice he was sending someone there but never came. In the backyard we stayed the hole stay in the dark. 13 nights. The heating system of the pool which we paid for, got broke for 2 days. The AC downstairs were broke for 7 days and I had to talk do the airbnb service to get it fixed because the host was just winding me up. If you want to pay for this amount I’m sure there are other houses for you to look for. I have stayed before. We had a stressful time with this host. Me, my 2 teenaged, wife, brother with his family, my mom and dad. The basic things we’re supposed to work in this house. But looks like the basics are too much for this host. Run From Andy’s House. That’s my advice!!!

We had a good stay but afterwards the owner is now charging us for normal wear for an 8 day stay. The home was left in great shape and nothing was damaged or broken. Davenport is far from a lot of the Orlando attractions so it was a bit of a commute. There’s also no grill available and some of the lights on the patio were not functioning.there was also a broken tv screen in one of the rooms and a few other small things. Overall good but I wouldn’t use this property
