this place was just perfect for what we needed. very cozy little place to sleep after a night with friends. Timothy was great to communicate with and we hope to stay here again this summer

The place was beautiful. We were surprised that it was a basement apartment. It was beautiful inside and didn’t feel like a basement, except lack of view. Super clean. While it states that the lower level deck is available, we thought that we would be staying in the lower level and walking out to the deck and have the beautiful view it showed in the pics. The hot tub was not as clean as we were comfortable with , so we didn’t use it for very long. Overall it was a nice experience and good location.

Very lovely house to have shared with my family while they were visiting for their first trip to Canada. The location is about 20 min from most places in Windsor if you are looking for entertainment and it was hard to find a public place to enjoy Lake Erie without going too much farther south. Not too shabby of a commute, but not crazy accessible if you don’t have a car to get around. The spot was ADORABLE and seemed secluded even though you’re downstairs. With that in mind, there is a gurgling noise every time someone upstairs uses the bathroom and that happened quite a bit. Owner was extremely responsive with the issues brought up. Small mentions would be to have more than 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days for 3 people and more towels available without prompt. The toiletries provided smelled amazing and my niece was very happy about the hot tub, which may have benefited from being wiped down due to film around the top, but overall we were grateful for it the experience!
