The listing quality was true to photos. It felt like a home away from home. The size was a bit smaller than expected but very comfortable and clean with an elegant cozy atmosphere. It was nice stating it was kid friendly, the yard was perfect for the visit and all was safe inside and outside. I enjoyed the fact that there were cleaning products assessable as that is something as a renter I enjoy having. It would be nice if there was a possibility to have a later check out time if needed, as some listings allow if needed and discussed. The host provided detailed instructions. If we are in the area again, if prices are low we would likely stay again.

Everything about the house was exactly as shown in the profile photos. It took us a minute to figure out some of the light switches and hitting the balance for water temperature in the shower :-) but those are tiny footnotes. This was my first B&B experience, and a great start. Host was friendly and responsive in correspondence. Cost (split three ways) was considerably less than we would have spent on hotel rooms. Due to the nature of the trip, we basically went to the house to shower and sleep, and about nothing else. Kitchen was nicely appointed, but we didn't really use it.
