Joseph, the host, was very responsive through out the entire process. He answered questions before and during the stay. The pre-checkin sheet he gives is really detailed. I think Joseph could send it out a little earlier as I would have like some time to review. The place is very modern and new. We had the maximum capacity of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids) and the place was spacious to where we did not feel cramped. Joseph has it very well stocked with paper supplies, soap and kitchen stuff. We were able to easily find everything we needed. We did have an issue with the water heater on the first night. The pilot light was off and the first person took a lukewarm / cold shower. We were able to turn the pilot back on saving us some time and the host the cost of a plumber. Once the water was hot we had to be smart about our shower usage. If all three showers were running at once we ran out of hot water. Sleeping arraignments were enough for us. The beds were comfortable in the rooms; but the futons were a little rough to sleep on (we put kids on them). We had plenty of blankets and pillows. The couches do need some updating as the synthetic leather was shedding and the cushioning allowed you to sink into the sofa. Two garages are available for use. There were plenty of sleds in the garage for the kids to use. Three shovels were also there to help dig out the cars on the last day. The drive way does get plowed; but not until later in the morning. We had to clear the drive way to be able to leave before check out. We did have an issue with one of the garage door openers not working; but we were able to use the latch and open it manually. The location is across the street from Giant Steps. The walk was a lot easier than it looks, even when snowing. It probably took about 5 minutes, even carrying all our stuff. Overall the place is great, even with the couple issues we had. It was really clean, modern and you can't beat the location.
