Large cabin that sleeps plenty of people. Enjoyed the large kitchen/dinning area. Upon our arrival we noticed several things that needed to be deep cleaned/fixed in the house. The air filter had not been replaced in years, cob webs throughout, and a sliding door doesn't close all the way and a large spider web connected from the outside into the house. Mouse droppings all over the garage stairs, dishwasher was full. The place needs a deep cleaning for sure. Would have loved if the hot tub was available. Also, many people in our group suffered altitude sickness while visiting. Nothing can be done by vacasa, but be aware that Brian Head is 10,000 feet elevation. We are from Utah and didn't expect the altitude to be so difficult.

Terrible experience. Be aware. Even though the property was booked through Airbnb, all the email communication were received from Vacasa Homes and was clearly stated that they are responsible for all support, check-in and cleaning. This is why I relied on Vacasa to take care of all our issues. Big mistake. Allows contact Airbnb , not the host, in this situation Vacasa Homes, for any problems. We arrived at the time of check-in, after 4 p.m. and to our surprise we found the property uncleaned and not even checked after the previous renter. All dirty, stains all over , not vacuumed house with linens and towels on the floors, trash cans full , urine stains on toilets, kitchen counters and refrigerator with food marks. Multiple calls to Vacasa didn’t help at all and we had to clean the property by ourselves Surprisingly, Vacasa management responded that everything was cleaned at our check in. We gave the pictures and addressed our grievances to Airbnb. Will see what happens.

Great place, a remodel could make this a prime property. Was disappointed the inside hot tub had been discontinued but all in all a fun and private place!
