A gorgeous spot with an amazing view! The home was comfortable and spacious. Indoor and outdoor living gave us options for dinner and relaxing. It was a gorgeous apartment.

Sunshine Rise was an absolute gem! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by stunning views of Lorenzen Bay. The place was cozy, filled with natural light, and had that perfect coastal vibe. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the deck was the ultimate spot for morning coffee with a view. Lou and the team at Groundswell Property were top-notch hosts. They made sure everything was smooth sailing from check-in to check-out, and their local tips were spot-on. Overall, Sunshine Rise was the perfect getaway. We'll definitely be back for more coastal magic!

Excellent spot - restful with expansive views to watch the ebb and flow of tides. Tucked away - last property down a busy right away and perched on the hill. Comfortable with a GREAT range of kitchen tools - better than many Air B 'n Bs! (tho' couldn't find a lemon squeezer?). Super comfy bed, good quality linen, great shower and everything we wanted in a calm hideaway. Raglan not too changed over the years since we used to hang out there in the 80s. Surplus of cafe coffee spots and Hamilton only 35 mins drive away. Would return again. Thanks Groundswell 👍
