If you are expecting the Ritz Carlton then this is not the place for you. If you are expecting a clean, quiet and comfortable place to eat a meal and sleep while enjoying everything that Corpus has to offer then this is the place for you. Extremely affordable and the host is on top of everything. Very quick to respond and was sending information without a prior question. I would not hesitate in staying with this host again and would go so far as to recommend this place without question. Ten stars would not be enough!

Kim’s place was great. He was very responsive. Good mid point for beaches. Close to downtown. Bathroom had a odd smell but was very clean.
