Home was exactly as pictured; no clutter and clean. Very spacious for family of 4. Hot Tub, was nice size for 2 (but can fit more); Fire Pit was great since supplied wood is great and fire starter so super easy to get a great fire going. Very private. Easy access to Ithaca - 10 minute drive to tons of restaurants and shops, grocery stores. Great place to stay if you want to stay away from Ithaca but be close to all.

My friends and I stayed here for a college reunion. The house has a great outdoor space! We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The inside is just as lovely. It’s beautifully decorated and spacious. A quick 10 minutes Uber ride into town.

As soon as we entered the street leading to Evan's house, we knew we had hit the nail on the head. The three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an office make it viable for different types of groups. The house is decorated with modern art objects in every room, which made us feel at home immediately. As the house is on one floor, there are no steps or unevenness in any part of the house, it is perfect for people with mobility difficulties. They thought of ALL the details, the most notable being the fact that there are chargers next to the beds, with the 3 types of input currently used. As if the interior of the house wasn't enough, the jacuzzi and fire pit area are the perfect complement to a day of activities in the Finger Lakes. Everything clean, organized, very well furnished and full of little details that made Evan's house the best Aibnb we've ever stayed at.

Easy check-in, thoughtful amenities and all around comfort. We especially liked the fire pit and lights in the backyard. We had a great visit to Ithaca and hope to be back!
