While the location and apartment were just as advertised in the listing, the stay at Avenue was not enjoyable due to the apartment’s lack of cleanliness and overall poor maintenance. The bathrooms were especially dirty and the water did not drain properly which made it impossible to shower. Furthermore, the furniture was dusty and in bad shape. Overall Avenue needs to focus on maintaining and cleaning their apartments to ensure a more enjoyable and relaxing experience to their guests.

Valor muito além do razoável para esse tipo de acomodação e localização. Ainda que o anfitrião tenha atendido alguns pedidos, o local deixa muito a desejar pelo valor cobrado. Por metade do preço ainda estaria caro.

It was a comfortable stay, it is very central, the host was very aware of our needs.
