Great stay at Dean's property! My fiancee and I used our stay as a home base for lots of hiking in the area. We both worked remotely from the property with no wifi issues, and took a nice walking break up the road from the property. A great place, we would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend at Dean’s place. The property is incredibly beautiful and private. We were an easy drive to both coopers rock in WV and ohiopyle so it was the perfect home base for a weekend of hiking. The cabin was lovely and very cozy, I would highly recommend for any person or couple looking for a getaway!

This place was beautiful and serene. It truly is a perfect getaway if you just want time to relax in nature; Sit and read a book and make some coffee or go outside and adventure. Adventure. It's private and quiet. All of the amenities ran perfectly , even with the total off grid style of operation. Being at this place for a few days made us consider selling our home and moving into something tiny and peaceful like this. We loved the simplicity of this place.

Deans cabin getaway was perfect for a low-key romantic long weekend. Fully functional electricity and propane - very cool off the grid system but with modern amenities. Dean was super helpful even coming out to drop off extra blankets for a 20 degree night (we didn’t even need them however because the place is so well insulated we were toasty!) great outdoor space - walk along the stream, explore the woods. A little hard to get to in the snow, but with 4 wheel drive it was fine!

Nestled near the slopes, the tiny home provided a cozy New Year's escape. Its compact design felt surprisingly spacious, offering panoramic views of nature. The proximity (35-40minutes) to the slopes made it convenient for a skiing adventure, and the well-equipped interior added a touch of local artwork to the snug setting. The thoughtful amenities and efficient use of space made it a memorable and delightful retreat for a winter getaway.
