Two adults and three kids enjoyed staying here. Resort style pool was the highlight! Beach is beautiful, but not a lot of sand and a little rocky which led to kids wanting to be at pool instead of beach. Location was great in a resort area behind two sets of security gates. Grounds are beautiful and enjoyed spending time here when not exploring playa del Carmen. Host communicated often, and made our stay more enjoyable with their assistance. Reception staff at the property were also helpful. There are two restaurants on site which we enjoyed. The house has two smart TVs and decent WiFi. Kitchen could have been stocked with more creature comforts and there were some cleanliness issues that are typical of vacation rentals, but none of it would discourage a recommendation. This place is a great alternative to all inclusive resorts as it is amenity rich without breaking the bank, and would be great for group travel.

Great area, close to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pools and the play area. Patricia was very responsive and friendly when it came time to coordinate our arrival plus providing a few extras that were very useful, wagon, water etc.
