Omg this place was heaven. From the moment you step through the door and see the zen garden of coffee grounds, emanating the aroma of coffee, you know you're in for a treat. The whole place exudes care and detail that goes above and beyond what most Airbnbs offer. The accent lights everywhere. The beautiful kitchen and wine cabinet. Plenty of silverware and dishes for a huge family. The inclusion of a giant jug of water and pump so we didn't have to buy any while there. The comfy leather couch. Ample outdoor seating. The huge bathrooms and great showers with perfect water pressure that stayed hot. And of course the gorgeous oceanfront view. The grounds themselves are in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We golfed at the nearby course. We had this hilarious and friendly concierge helping us, Yasmine. Staying here honestly made us think about buying property at this condo resort, it was so good. You will 100% be satisfied with your stay here, no doubt.

This place is wonderful! We were initially worried because it was new and had very few reviews and the photos looked almost too good to be true - but they are true, this place is beautiful, very modern and updated and simply wonderful! Monica was very responsive. The complex is great, very peaceful, just enough of a crowd. We loved being in a condo community instead of an all-inclusive resort. They had just about everything you needed in the condo complex. We would definitely come here again and would highly recommend it!

We watched beautiful sunsets over the water every morning, both as they lit up the sky and also lit up our personal reflection pool. The surf lulled us to sleep at night. The home is tastefully appointed and clean. General insights: There is no 'full' service grocery store nearby, that we found, so stock up upon arrival. There is a small store on site for milk, cereal, and basic needs. We preferred walking downtown either by way of the beach (which is just outside your door) or 5th Ave (just outside the gate). Taxis were $20, one way, to downtown. 38th Street restaurants have delicious food and incredible atmosphere, however, there are are many good restaurants on 5th Ave and other surrounding streets.

Great for families! Nothing beats an ocean front to catch daily sunrises. Amenities were great! And it felt like you had you’re own private beach. 10/10
