We had to listen to a jackhammer on the roof of the home next door for our entire stay, far from relaxing.

La casa es bonita, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, te sientes como en casa, tener la playa justo enfrente es muy relajante solo que para entrar al mar si debes caminar algunos metros porque hay coral en esa zona, en cuanto al resto todo de maravilla, definitivamente volveremos! Ah y revisar bien el check out porque es a las 10 am.

We are first time AirBNB guests. The home was beautiful and exactly as advertised. We loved the deck, pool and close proximity to the ocean! Mercedes answered all of our questions and helped us to find a grocery service as well as an outing to local ruins and a cenote. Great experience!

Lovely home, great location. Mercedes is very communicative and great to rent from. House has absolutely incredible views - best sunrise ever! Good sized rooms and bathrooms, plenty of storage. The sliding doors that open to the pool and beach were fantastic. Pool is very well kept. AC units work great when needed. Comfy beds and linens. Wifi worked great. Location is awesome - easy walk to the tourist center with tons of restaurants and shops. Good enough distance though to have a peaceful retreat. Outdoor showers were perfect for rinsing off after the beach or pool. Outdoor couches and loungers were comfy and perfect for an afternoon siesta. They left us a few goodies for the kitchen when we checked in - coffee and chips and salsa. One recommendation - kitchen is well stocked with utensils however has no oils, vinegars, spices etc so you do need to bring everything if you plan to cook. But otherwise absolutely perfect place. We would definitely stay here again.
