Magnifique séjour en famille! Villa bien située avec un jardin, BBQ et une piscine. A 10 min en taxi/auto de Playa del Carmen, mais une épicerie, café et resto sur le site ont bien dépanné! A noter, qu’il n’y a pas d’accès direct à une plage: il faut aller dans un Beach club ou aux plages publiques. Nous avons adoré MVNGATA, à peine à 5 min. La location d’une voiture rend le tout beaucoup plus facile! Villa est très belle et assez grande pour que nous ne sentions pas 8 personnes à l’étroit (même un cinéma maison!). Il manquait des petites choses dans la maison, mais Carlos Ortega a pu nous fournir rapidement. Je recommande vivement!

Alex’s home is absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay here so much. The only thing I can say is if anyone has a hard time with a lot of stairs is to not to not stay in the master bedroom on the top floor because it is a lot of stirs to climb , but the other bedrooms are very accessible. The home is amazing, and our favorite things were our adorable monkey friends who visited the back yard and the wonderful woman who took care of the house was so sweet and helpful and coming home to a clean house every day made our stay so much more enjoyable. We appreciated and thourally enjoyed their home so much! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful stay ❤️

Amazing house and great communication from Alex! Really important to bring it up that this house is not suitable for old people because of too much steps on the stairs and mainly the stair rails (although beautiful) its not really secure. We saw little monkeys outside next to the pool witch was the headline of our trip. Alex, thanks for opening up your house for us!

This home is so much bigger than we expected and is even more beautiful in person. The design of the home itself is incredible, and it's open spaces are perfect for large groups to hang out. The location of the home is in a very secure gated community, with a few convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. There are many trees and green spaces near the home and because of this we got to feed a little monkey bananas throughout our stay. We took advantage of the beach club, which was inexpensive and had the friendliest staff. I recommend Alex's home!
