I had a great stay - this was just what I needed, and I recommend it. It is quirky and different, and worth every penny. A great location, with free off-road parking. Ioan is very responsive and helpful, and I would definitely stay again

Quiet road of mostly family homes
Excellent bus links. There is a bus stop right outside the property for going to Swansea or Neath. Also bus stop 2 minutes across the road used by Megabus/National express all the way to Cardiff, Bristol, London. 7 minutes walk to the university where there are more buses that go between Bay campus and Singleton Campus.
