非常棒！入住期间与Vicki交谈非常愉快，我的困难她都非常热心帮着我解决！房间里面楼上楼下布置非常温馨，厨房的各种电器设施一应俱全，生活非常方便，垃圾分类做得非常完善，这是我在斯旺西入住的首选！

She has a good personality and a nice person. She has a good sense of humour with knowledge of understanding. Please do not hesitate to book her place. She is reachable and response before your departure or check in. I would rate her more than excellent.

We were visiting Fforestfach because my husband was leading a calligraphy workshop close by. Absolutely delighted to find Vicki's accommodation which was like a cosy home from home overnight stay at such a reasonable price. We spent the following day exploring the Mumbles coastal footpath. We didn't meet Vicki but communication with her was great and nothing too much trouble. If we are back in the area will definitely be in touch for another stay. Many thanks again Vicki.
