Relax at this peaceful place to stay. This two bedroom, 1 bathroom house is just a short drive from all the great things to see in Kansas City. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, or a cozy home base while exploring the city! Walkable to a coffee shop, grocery store, book store, and more! Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, tons of closet space, a dresser and TV. Bedroom 2 has a single trundle bed that slides out another single bed. A luggage rack, chest of drawers, and closet space in bedroom 2 as well.

A great place near the Plaza and Fairway shops. Very comfortable with a lovely backyard. Perfect for visiting family.
Great spot for a weekend getaway compared to staying at a hotel with our 2 year old.

It was a pretty decent stay

A very quiet, safe neighborhood. There are basketball hoops less than a block away, a few good parks in the neighborhood, and some great walking trails through the Shawnee Indian Mission State Historic Site.
You can also walk to Front Range (a great Colorado themed coffee shop that turns into a little bar at night), Rainy Day Books bookstore, Hen House grocery store, and more. If you walk the other direction, you can go to Joe's Kansas City, arguably the best bbq restaurant in Kansas City, a neighborhood Wal-Mart, 1889 (a beautiful authentic pizza restaurant), and more!
Be aware, the street right in front of the house, Canterbury, is a one way street.
