This cozy bungalow in Rosedale has been intentionally styled by two KC natives who love design and cannot wait to host you in this beautiful, relaxing space. With room to cook, work, do laundry and unwind on the couch, you won't have to leave if you don't want to! If you want to venture out, you're minutes from KC's most popular spots- Westport, Country Club Plaza and downtown. Sway Coffee Roasters is a short walk away! Come experience this 2 bed, 1 bath, cozy (742 sqft) house all to yourself. This bungalow is a cozy space with two small bedrooms and one small bathroom. There is a king bed in one and queen bed in the other. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and the dining room is perfect for eating meals or working from home. You’ll find extension cords and power strips in the king bedroom closet if needed. The living room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying TV. The front porch faces Mission Rd which can get loud but you can sit out on our patio furniture for fresh air. With close proximity to city amenities comes city noises! We’ve provided box fans in each room to help with any road noise while you sleep.

This place had what we needed. We were former metro citizens visiting for a quick weekend at the Nelson-Atkins Museum and seeing fun friends. Great vibe to the place and passion from the hosts with decor. I'm a 'snob' for some details. Clean place and loved the shower head and fully equipped kitchen to cook. We made spaghetti and breakfast while there - appliances are fantastic! The location is a quick turn off Mission (coming from the N) and then another into the driveway just so you know. There is garage parking (nice)...and sound boxes for cars passing if you need it - but hey, you are in the metro area. We didn't have time to explore around the site but the location we could zip too easily on I-35...and can't forget the comfy beds.
This place is exactly as pictured. Super cozy and chic, would definitely stay again. Maddison was so helpful and responsive whenever we messaged. I liked how close we were to things!

Great location and was perfect for what we needed. It is close to the road but that is mentioned and wasn’t a big deal for me and my daughter. Only said 4 stars bc it is a big deal for some. Would stay again and was very affordable. Close to a few of the big name KC BBQ spots. Although, sorry KC, but TX is king on BBQ. That’s a whole other debate though.
Maddison was lovely and allowed me to check in 30 minutes early. Great location. Just a quick 10 or so minutes to the night life area we were exploring. Also, one of the easiest check out experience. I didn’t have a list of chores to do. That was refreshing!

Rosedale is a central location in KC! Close to all the cool spots including Westport, the Country Club Plaza, downtown, Strawberry Hill and more. We are right in the city so keep in mind that with prime city location comes with it city sounds and noise. We've provided box fans to drown out sound if needed.
