The company were always responsive and helpful, i cannot fault the customer service. Unfortunately the house was not properly cleaned when we arrived. the fridge was not cleaned where the previous guests had left some cream spilled and going mouldy. the living areas were not hoovered and there had been a sticky drink spillage not cleaned up. When reporting this to the company they were prompt in response and apologetic, but an hour cleaning is not what we wanted when arriving on Christmas Eve. Overall a nice enough place to stay if it's clean.

Quiet location. V responsive host. Maybe relevant to some visitors to mention the very steep stairs and no adequate steps into front porch for front access. Otherwise clean and clear furniture. Owner fully aware and responsive to some maintenance issues but these issues didn’t affect our stay. Great layout for pets with safe enclosed garden. Thank you

The house was ideal for what we needed it for, clean and looked like the pictures. The only problems we had was that it smelt like cigarette smoke from previous guests and half of the lightbulbs were not working so we had to move lamps from the bedrooms downstairs.
