很棒的房子

We had an overall pleasant stay at Robert’s place, but it wasn’t without its issues. The positives - the flat is in a good location, close to the tube and bus stops so easy to get around. Check-in was easy, despite some conflicting info about keys (there weren’t any), and codes (2 different sets provided in instructions) The negatives - it definitely didn’t feel very clean, and there were issues with some amenities. The sofa and cushions were heavily stained, and there were blankets put over to hide some of the bigger stains. Bedding smelled fresh, but was also stained, which didn’t feel very nice to sleep in. Some of the towels also didn’t smell very fresh. We had an issue with the boiler pressure, which meant no heating and hot water on our first evening / morning. We managed to fix it, but wasn’t ideal. The shower clearly needs some maintenance, with unresponsive taps and poorly connected shower hose. Despite the good location, it didn’t feel like very good value for money

The apartment location is very close to bus station, metro station. You can find everything you want in the apartment. Everything is perfect.

The place was very homely and was the perfect location for what I was after. Robert was very responsive. Only thing was that some the cutlery was dirty in the drawer but that’s the only critique. Would stay again.
