I would stay here exclusively, Charlie was easy to contact and made sure we had everything we needed. We even took a bus from downtown to Craigentinny with no problems. We enjoyed putting our toes in the North Sea which was just down the road and getting takeaway was so easy. Can’t forget the snacks Charlie left, I loved the tea cakes. Anyone coming to Edinburgh should seriously consider Charlie’s house, an unbeatable stay.

Had a fantastic stay! The moment I stepped in, the Christmas decorations created a truly festive atmosphere. The host was exceptional - straightforward and helpful. Highly recommend!

Charlie is a great host and very accommodating. Set up perfectly for anyone’s stay. This was by far the best place we stayed at during our time in Scotland. It’s conveniently located making it easy to see everything we had planned. Highly recommend using Charlie’s house for your Edinburgh adventure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Charlie's house in June 2023. The pictures gave an accurate description of what we found upon arrival. Charlie was very responsive to messages. The house is only a block or so from a bus stop that will take you to Waverly Station in Edinburgh and many other stops. Since we didn't have a car, we found restaurants, a grocery store and a liquor store that delivered to us. Thank you for a lovely stay Charlie!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. lovely place, plenty of space, well decorated and furnished. lovely big garden. Spotless and all utensils things needed. Great showers and beds. Quickly replies on messages, an helpful if needed. Clear instructions left. Really great place in a great location, for the beach, centre of Edinburgh, an restaurants etc. Will definitely be back again with the family this time instead of work.
