This is a bed and breakfast that is amazing. one of the best stays ever. Would come back here in a heart beat. the grounds are very peaceful. The house manager, Armie is super friendly, with the best recommendations, and a fantastic smile.

We had a fabulous time at Quinta Velha. We were in Sintra, at Quinta Velha, for 4 nights and enjoyed every one of them. We travelled with our two kids, our room was very comfortable and the common space was perfect. It’s just what you need after spending the day exploring magical Sintra! We cannot say enough about Armie, whose kindness and amazing food was a highlight of our time in Portugal. We hope to return one day!

We had a blast time staying at this lovely place in the middle of the Sintra forest! If you're looking for some quiet, reclusive time away from the city this is the perfect spot. Lovely staff, clean rooms and common place, spectacular breakfast in the morning, all great! You can enjoy the pool in the summer as well, or take a walk around and chill. Loved meeting the property dogs :) Special thanks to Armie for her kindness and hospitality! Can't wait to come back :)

This hotel is just as described and in a beautiful setting. The staff was friendly, communicated well, and we had no issues. It is located at the top so there are winding roads to get there. We had a nice time and place was just what we needed for a couple of night. Perk- breakfast is included, Armie is the sweetest
