位置无敌啊，到哪都是步行，特别是喜欢购物的太适合住在这里了！很安全的一栋楼，停车也方便，房东服务非常好，房子虽小但是住着很舒服。闹市区的安静房间，难得。

I stayed at Giulio’s place during the Milan’s Salone del Mobile - the location was great as I was 10-20 mins walking distance from anywhere I needed to be and obviously being so close to the Duomo is always a plus! The place was lovely and neat and the self check-in was easy to do and I received very clear instructions for everything. The building was very secure and had a concierge during the day who was very friendly too. Giulio set up a messaging chat for us and always responded quickly to any questions I had. I’m grateful to have found the place since hotel prices are absolutely unreal during Milane - Giulio’s place was the perfect alternative.

Great place to stay during your trip to Milan. Very cosy clean and well organized apartment. It sits minutes walking from Duomo but at the same time in a quiet place. Parking or right in front of the building. There are a lot of restaurants around with great food. Giulio and his team are extremely responsive. Check in/check out is a snap. At the day of the arrival we got clear instructions on everything. We even got a bottle of Prosecco which was very nice. I highly recommend to stay here if you want to be in the heart of Milan and at the same time in very quiet neighborhood. Thank you.

10/10 perfection. Sometimes it’s hard to find Airbnb’s and hotels in old European cities that are renovated, modern, and feel truly clean. This had it ALL! Large gorgeous windows with a view, beautiful modern design, and the most amazing location close to everything! On top of all that Giulio and his co-host were extremely responsive and made the whole self check-in and out process very simple and clear with excellent communication. He is so kind and went above and beyond. Not to mention the bed is actually comfy!! Next time we are in Milan, we will 100% come back to this apartment! So grateful we found it!

I loved the apartment. It is small but feels large and cosy, and so well designed and appointed. I felt at home immediately and did not want to leave ! It has everything you need for a longer stay as well. The location is perfect, remove from the buzziest touristy area yet very central, 5 mn walking distance to the Duomo. The area is also very safe. The appartement is very bright with a southern exposure which was very pleasant. The Trattoria Ciciara just accross the Piazza is a little gem! I will definitely come back.
