The old style, eclectically beautiful, cottage is so perfect for a unique yet peaceful weekend away! I went for my 40th birthday weekend with some friends and the space was perfect, we weren’t all sitting on top of each other as there was loads of space for everyone to do as much or as little as they wanted. I took my two small dogs who got to explore the area yet I felt they were completely safe! Though it was funny to see their first experience seeing a kangaroo! The weekend we went happened to be close to 40 degrees each day so there were fire/weather warnings in place but my communications with the hosts were very empathetic and understanding. In addition the cottage and location was very comfortable despite the weather. I will definitely be booking to return in winter so we can make use of the amazing firepits! Highly recommend for your next getaway

Our second stay at this beautiful house, this time with a group of friends. The house is cosy and well suited to groups. The property is beautiful to lay in the sun and bush walk and has an amazing view for sunsets over the Grampians.

We loved our stay at Kasimir’s home. The location is beautiful and gave my family a good experience of living in the outback, particularly all the spiders!! Kangaroos, and wildlife abound. The stars are amazing at night. The location is close to Black Range Reserve and the Bungil Man paintings. This is lovely location at sunset. The home is about 30 min drive from hall’s gap. It’s very remote if arriving from the south, access is via non sealed roads. You will need to bring your provisions with you as there are not many convenience stores nearby. Access if coming from Stawell is on a sealed road. Thanks for a unique experience and opportunity.
