Don't be put off by the outside, which is a bit tired because the room was lovely. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the room really spacious. The bathroom was large and really clean. There were some nice little touches that made the stay comfortable and very welcoming.

Property was convenient & clean, easy to access. There were plentiful fluffy towels & the bed linen was good. There was a discount voucher provided for the March Hare cafe downstairs for breakfast. We can highly recommend this, good coffee and breakfast choices. The shakshuka was excellent.

Pleasant ensuite double room in a good central location of Market Rasen. Free parking on Market Square next to property and easy check into room with access codes. Lovely big comfortable bed and pillows and a good complimentary tray . Nice fluffy towels provided. Everywhere very clean and tidy . Felt the bathroom could be improved with a few tweaks which I have suggested to the host Also couldn't get tassimo machine working .Just minor things really but overall a good experience .
