House was nice and clean but not private. Was not expecting to have other guests or tenants in separate section of the house. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Check out time was very early, 10am, we weren't able to get the check out list done because we were rushing to leave before cleaning was scheduled. Beds and linen nice and comfortable.

Overall me and my guests had a good time . It was about 15-20 minutes from the river walk. It was close to convenience stores and felt at home . It states it’s a shared house , but we never seen the other guests . It was peaceful , private , and the home smelled clean . The beds were super comfortable and the house felt cozy . The only thing is that the kitchen sink did not work and we wish it was a light near the pool , because at night it’s pretty dark near the pool and you can’t really see . But overall , the place was perfect for what we needed it for ! A good weekend trip .

Check in to this home went smoothly. We walked around the house & everything looked good until we went outside. Pool was green and foggy. Yard & deck not in good shape either. We immediately informed the host about the pool. They first ignored it and then stated they put chemicals in that morning. We informed them that the filter was off and they stated it was on. It took the host until the morning of our third day there to come out to look at the pool and realized the filter was in fact off and added more chlorine. The pool was the main reason we booked this home and we were unable to swim the entire stay. The Keurig had a musty smell and black specks on it that resembled mold. No charcoal available so had to purchase in order to use the grill. Air conditioner is very loud. Area around fireplace inside was very dirty. Request partial refund due to the condition of the pool and host not correcting the problem sooner and it was declined. Would not recommend staying here.

✅La casa es bonita y cumple con las expectativas. ✅ Anfitriones atentos y serviciales ✅ La zona es tranquila y la ubicación para desplazarse a otros lugares es perfecta. ✅ El clima estuvo fresco y no pudimos disfrutar la alberca. Agradecemos sus atenciones y claro que la volveremos a rentar si es necesario.
