One of the best places you can stay in NY!! If you are looking for accommodation with all the comforts, plenty of space, a quiet neighborhood, transportation facilities and an incredible host that meets all your requirements, this will be the perfect reservation! As I indicated previously, the house has everything you need for a long stay, Sr Nesar is an excellent host who is always willing to help you and will make sure that you have your best stay in NY, Access to the bus is a few steps from the house, you have a lot of places to buy everything you need and also an offer of restaurants in the area, even if you need to wash your clothes you can walk a few streets and you will reach a Laundry, its located in a very quiet neighborhood, during my stay I have never gone through an uncomfortable situation or one that made me feel insecure, otherwise the charisma of the people is very welcoming! If I could choose again a place to stay I will undoubtedly stay at Nesar’s house again!

My two roommates and I had an awesome stay this summer. The location was perfect to commute to Manhattan daily. The surrounding restaurants and grocery stores were delicious and accessible. The host was amazing and very responsive the entire time.

My family and I were in town for a week and stayed at Nesar’s home. Great host, friendly, and quick to respond to all questions. The home was clean, well kept up with, and appears to be just like the photos. Nesar even greeted us at the door and left refreshments for us upon check in. Truly felt like a home away from home during our trip to NY. We would definitely stay here again!

Nasar was a fantastic host: we just arrived and he welcoming us with a fantastic pizza, ice cream and orange juices and more other tasty food. The house is just unbelievable clean and smelling good with conformable beds and new furniture. He was always available for anything we needed letting us feel literally at home. We’ll definitely come back, now we know in Queens we have more than a good friend! So grateful for meeting a wonderful person!

My parents from Thailand visiting NY for the first time and Nesar place is the best close to my house and not so far from the R train to commute to the city, the place is very clean and spacious, and looks brand new, the host is very friendly and responsive always make the stay even more comfortable, and my parents love it!
