This is a very convenient place to stay for Waikato University. This was our second stay here. Being here in mid-summer, we did find the bedroom hot at night, but that's about the climate more than the house. There is air con in the living room and Kate had supplied a large fan for the bedroom, which helped a lot. A brilliant feature for us was the large table - there was space to eat without having to pack our laptops away. We found Kate responsive at all times and very helpful. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

It felt like home straight away. Kate has put funny and interesting quotes all over the house, so it makes it fun. Its a quiet place and the kids were happy that games were available as well as Disney Plus to watch a late night movie. Comfortable and close to restaurants. Will definitely come back on our next visit

We had a nice few days staying at Kate’s place. Definitely value for money but not quite what we were expecting.

This was a great place to stay. Kate was always helpful and provided us with whatever we needed. Lots of space, and very comfortable. The shower was wonderful

Super clean and lots of space! We weren’t traveling with kids but it would be a great place to stay if you were - had everything you would need for kids! Don’t see that in many airbnbs. I was impressed! And Kate is so nice! :)
