We stayed here with our 2 girls and my parents to get out to the Waitomo Caves and explore Hamilton. Very comfortable stay. House is well appointed with all you need to settle in. Lots of little extras like fruit and chocolate and extra bathroom amenities. Cosy beds with lots of blankets. Thanks for a lovely stay!
A thoroughly enjoyable stay at this place - it delivers everything it promises. Warm, inviting, modern, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen facilities, bathrooms and laundry. Lovely warm carpet and beds. Plenty of space in the carpeted garage for our travel-worn suitcases. We travelled from overseas to Hamilton for a university graduation, and appreciated arriving sleepy and jetlagged to a clean, bright and airy, beautiful, well equipped home. Enjoyed the coffee maker (with supplies) every morning. A welcome bowl of fruits and chocolates was a lovely surprise. Dennis the host was very helpful with excellent communication. Even had a folder with helpful information and instructions for guests. Superfast wifi and netflix tv in every room - the kids enjoyed this immensely. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Dennis.
Beautiful modern home. Extremely clean and tidy. Was a comfortable stay and quiet with no road noise etc. Close to a supermarket and local takeaways. Would recommend to anyone else.

Great location, just a couple minute drive to the Hamilton gardens -- which are absolutely beautiful! It was fantastic having a garage. The house is super clean and comfortable. Nextflix was a great bonus - got to catch up on LOTR after a Hobbiton visit.
