Overall, this place was exactly as pictured, clean, owner communicated well, & it was a good experience. I know it must be hard to run an airbnb that is beside a small exotic animal collection, and I hesitate to say anything because I'm sure there must be nothing they can do about it- the animals appear to belong to the big fancy hotel right beside these condos. But I'd be remiss to not mention the loud screeching animal noises that come from right below the window in this apartment, starting around 5:45 am. I would be absolutely livid if I owned one of these apartments- is it really necessary for this hotel to own goats, exotic birds and other screeching animals right here in this location? I assure you that's not what their guests are paying for. It almost feels vindictive; the Morgan should be ashamed of themselves for it, honestly. My only other complaint is the locks on the doors were so unreliable I just left my doors unlocked to be sure I could regain access when I left.

Hello and welcome to our incredible corner of beautiful Sint Maarten! I am the host of this lovely property and I am so excited to have you as my guest. I have a strong passion for this building and always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. There are so many great reasons to choose our property. First and foremost, our location can't be beat. We are steps away from the very best of Maho. The stunning sunset views from each terrace will take your breath away. And, each unit is fully furnished and equipped with all the essential amenities along with a few easter eggs! I take pride in providing a clean and comfortable space for our guests to relax and unwind on their vacation.
