This listing is fair for the price. It is nicely distanced from downtown and has conveniences such as free parking and a grocery store with a variety of restaurants right next door. It's a very secure building and the unit is nicely furnished. The host is responsive and sweet. I did read the reviews prior to booking and wanted to note some past issues were not resolved such as a noticeable smell that I would describe as a moth ball odor. Along with an internet outage for the majority of the evening following a power outage the morning we checked out but we understand this is to no fault of the host. Overall we would stay here again as the positives outweigh the negatives.
