While the unit itself was decent, its a little remote location made navigation difficult, especially at night. Additionally, the limited supply of drinking water was inconvenient. Overall, an okay stay but not without its drawbacks.

Needs a real fridge. Booked for month but never expected to have a fridge that that barely fits 6 beers. That made it very hard to enjoy. Bed was comfortable no complaints there. living space comfortable but so hot because no AC downstairs and 1 fan not enough for me as a foreigner. Internet was fast. You definitely need a car to rent otherwise this place is to inconvenient to get around. Neighborhood was quiet which was good. Bathroom no venting and very dark tile not make the small space nice. water pressure was adequate though. We had few black out for power during our stay but typical for Philippines. The projector in bedroom is old, noisy and old android version that can't be updated. Only used community pool once and it wasn't that nice. It is a budget place so still happy with Tessa's place but really needs a real fridge for any longer stays.

The place is really nice. The bedroom on the right was really pretty and cozy. Although it would’ve been nice if we could’ve used the aircon in the living room. The WiFi and Netflix and YouTube options were great for our entertainment. The place was easy to find. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

You get what you see on the photos. Description of the listing is accurate. Tessa is very responsive for our whole stay. Recommended to have your own car going inside or hire a Grab and use Waze. The place is worth our money and the place is nice for families to stay.

It was great based on my budget. Was able to accommodate my wife and 2 kids. Highly recommend
